Food, Food , Everywhere and still

I am not doing to bad now a days, my main problem is one i been cranking about for the last few post, i have a major trouble eating.

It is weird, i can eat somethings, sometimes, its a hit or miss proposition, like tonight, i had biscuits and gravy, i have not had that in a long time, but 45 minutes later it was a fond memory, for what i could get down brings up the second issue of what i can keep down.

I am thinking that since i went off of food for that long period of time (was only drinking foods and soft foods) i don't think my body is handling animal fats well anymore, which is sad, i do really, truly love me a good Carl's western bacon cheese burger, extra BBQ sauce, fries...a shake...and...damn, i am making myself hungry and sick at the same time.

But ever since "the big loss" (143 pounds in roughly 89 days) my body rejects animal fats, chicken and i get along pretty well, red/white meat(read pork) are a different story, without going it to the gory details, lets just say if i could harness the energy i could be off the grid without a windmill or solar panels.

but the windmills would help in a different manner.

but i keep trying, i was up to 260 for a week, thought things were going well, but in the last weigh in i came in at 254.8, well that sucks, as a refresher for those who don't know, according to my health insurance company and the medical doctors they would like to see me at around 285, that's right 285, i am a little low.

now that sucks, most people are trying to remove that extra 10-20 pounds, or even that stubborn 5 pounds, and i have to gain close to 30 pounds.

and i been failing at that.

I know some of you are thinking "Protein shakes" or some such, that works well if you are on a normal diet, but since i am not it wrecks havoc on the ole intestines, i have that issue already (see chapter called "fun with animal fats") plus i tried it for a while, if i take in that amount of liquids i would like them with a twist, shaken, not stirred, and over ice.

well that's all from planet Cory for tonight, i will try and keep better notes, my next Doctor visit is this coming week the 17th, i get to see the radiation chef Dr. Kwon, its time for his update and to see how things are going, i am also guessing it will be PET time, at this rate i will be able to power my own home without the help from SCE

later all...
